Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping (for orders $50+):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: We ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required

Important: Due to their perishable nature, live plants, seeds, and seasonal flowers cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. This includes all items from our:

  • Cover Crop Seeds
  • Fruit & Nut Trees
  • Seasonal Plants & Flowers

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer care team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the subject line “Return/Exchange Request” and include your order number.
  2. Provide Details: Include photos if the item is damaged or incorrect (required for plant-related returns).
  3. Wait for Approval: Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
  4. Ship Items Back: Once approved, ship your return to:

  5. Processing: Allow 3-5 business days for processing once we receive your return.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Information

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Your refund will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-10 business days depending on your bank
  • PayPal: Typically within 24 hours

Original shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases of our error.

Exchange Process

For eligible items, exchanges follow the same process as returns. Please indicate the replacement item you’d prefer in your initial email. If the replacement costs more, we’ll invoice you for the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
