4.3 Shipping Restrictions

We cannot ship to certain remote areas and parts of Asia due to agricultural restrictions. If your location is restricted, we will notify you and cancel/refund your order.

5. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items, provided they are unused and in original packaging with proof of purchase. Exceptions:

  • Live plants, seeds, and seasonal flowers cannot be returned unless damaged or incorrect
  • Perishable items cannot be returned due to change of mind
